Here you can know the timings and fare of the Hyderbad Metro Rail.


Right now the exact timings and train numbers of each train of Hyderabad Metro are not revealed. Only the overall timings of the Metro are known.

The Hyderbad Metro Trains will start at 5:00 (AM) in the morning and will run upto 11:00 (PM) in the night. HMR informed that the trains will be run one in every 5 minutes.

In the first phase that was launched on 28th November 2017, there are 16 trains< that are being operated between 24 stations present in the Miyapur - Nagole corridor. This is the route which covers 30 kilometres in it.

The metro trains will stop for 20 seconds in every metro station but they will stop for 30 seconds in the Ameerper Metro Station, this is because the Ameerpet Metro Station is the junction for the line I and line II. At this Ameerpet Metro Station, there will be two routes coming and meeting here. Generally, all the Metro Stations are of 2 floors, the first one is the commercial space, Ticketing and Help desk and the second floor is the place where trains will come (Platforms). BUt this is not the same with Ameerpet Metro Station. Here there 3 floor, the first one is the commercial space, the 2nd floor is the place where trains from one route will stop and the rrd floor where the trains from other route will stop.




TICKETS


The minimum fare for the Metro Rail has been decided as Rs. 10 and the maximum fare has been decided as Rs. 60, like Bengaluru and Kochi Metroes.

The fare is Rs 10 for 2 kilometres (kms) , Rs 15 for 4 kms and steadily increase to Rs 55 for up to 26 kms. The fare for a distance more than 26 kilometres has been decided as Rs 60.


HMR (Hyderabad Metro Rail) also announced that passengers can also avail smart cars from the Metro stations of Nagole, Tarnaka, Prakash Nagar and SR Nagar. The smart cards can be purchased for Rs 200 - Rs 100 as the initial top-up amount and another Rs 100 towards security deposit.
A special discount of 5% would be available to smart card users.


HMR further informed that the smartcard 'TSavari' can serve as single interface for various other modes of transport including bus, and cabs with quick interface for metro services.


L&T Metro Rail Hyderbad Limited MD & CEO Shivanand Nimbargi said that the smartcards has the capability to integrate 16 different services, and other services will be gradually integrated with the card.
